The Elements Paper was released by the Co-Facilitators of the WSIS+20 Review process on June 20. The paper outlines key themes, priorities, and proposals drawn from preparatory discussions and stakeholder consultations to date. It is intended to guide continued dialogue with Member States and stakeholders in the coming months.

* Participate virtually in the different [Open Consultation Process](https://www.itu.int/net4/wsis/forum/2025/Home/Consultations) meetings co-organised by ITU, UNESCO, UNDP and UNCTAD.
  * <mark style="background-color:blue;">**Follow-up WSIS+20 Informal Stakeholder Consultation Session (29 July 2025)**</mark>

    * This was conducted virtually, providing a unified and multistakeholder platform for non-Government stakeholders and Member States to present their contributions to the [Elements Paper](https://publicadministration.desa.un.org/sites/default/files/2021-04/2025/WSIS%2B20_ElementsPaper_20June.pdf) and provide additional insights relevant to the WSIS+20 Review. Participants were encouraged to share brief summaries of their written inputs, organized according to the [thematic areas](https://publicadministration.desa.un.org/sites/default/files/2021-04/2025/Thematic%20Areas%20of%20WSIS%2B20%20Review.pdf) outlined in the Elements Paper.&#x20;
