Participate virtually in the different Open Consultation Process meetings co-organised by ITU, UNESCO, UNDP and UNCTAD.
WSIS+20 virtual stakeholder consultation sessions (9-10 June 2025)
The Co-Facilitators agreed to hold two sessions for different timezones on those days. Deadline to register for the sessions is on June 5, 2025.
Statements will be limited to 3 minutes and guided by the questions below:
To what extent and how has the vision of a "people-centred, inclusive and development-oriented Information Society" evolved over the past 20 years since WSIS?
What are the priorities and challenges to the implementation of WSIS outcomes today?
How can cooperation through the WSIS mechanisms, including multistakeholder dialogue and recently adopted the Global Digital Compact, enhance coherence in digital governance?
Final Brief of the WSIS+20 High-Level Event 2025 (June 10, 2025)
The Final Brief will take place on Tuesday, 10 June 2025, 14:00-15:00 CEST/UTC+2 in Room K2, ITU Headquarters, Geneva, Switzerland.

This is the final meeting in the Open Consultation Process, providing the latest updates on preparations for the WSIS+20 High-Level Event, scheduled to take place from 7 to 11 July 2025.
